Membership Refunds

We want you to be confident in your membership. If you're not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed any member-only blueprint content.

  • Request must be made within 7 days of purchase
  • You must not have viewed any member-only content (full blueprints)
  • Free teasers and public content do not affect eligibility

How to Request

Email [email protected] with your account email and reason for the request. We'll process eligible refunds within 5-7 business days.

Package Purchase Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our blueprint packages, all purchases are final once download links are generated. This is because:

  • Digital documents cannot be "returned" once accessed
  • The value of the materials is in the information contained within
  • We provide extensive previews (free teasers and member view-only access) before purchase

What's Covered

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider instead of contacting us first, your account will be immediately suspended. We maintain detailed access logs and purchase records to respond to any disputes.
